Does anyone have any recommendations for good resources (preferably online) that offer extra practice with interpreting the results of the various techniques in molecular biology (southern blot, northern blot, ASO, etc)?

Can someone help me explain why an unexpected fragment showed up in my southern blot? i cloned a specific fragment which was verified by other hybridisation and analytical techniques however on my southern blot my fragment appeared a smaller than it is.
