BLS - Online Manual?

My BLS has lapsed and I need to retake the course. Many locally say that you must bring your own manual.

I was looking to see if the information was available online, and came across this journal publication:

Is that information about the same as what's published in the official BLS manual?

Yeah that journal article has the same guidelines as the BLS manuals. The BLS manuals have child and infant stuff too, though.
