Why is it so darn short? Really the lowpoint of the series so far.

I think it' s because surgery is not heavily covered on step 2. Many of the surgery questions that I have practiced seemed to deal more with medicine. For rotations, I found surgical recall a much better book. From what I'm told, blueprints surgery is good enough for the boards.

About 50% of the questions on my surgery SHELF exam were medicine questions.
