What kind of stents are your cards guys putting in? I'm a little frustrated w the guys here. They put a des in a lady which a huge invasive skin cancer on her nose w bone mets....They knew she was going to have surgery soon, wtf? Then again put a des in a woman who is 87 who has a significant history of falls and breaks due to senility and celiac disease w a ton of comorbidities. When I asked why not BMS he told me the 5 year re-stenosis rate is almost 50%. Really? These chicks are lucky to see a year... Five? not to mention complications associated w long term Anticoagulation. They won't BMS anyone - are you guys having the same issues w your cards?
