Don't know about the tracker, but historically ABP has been slothlike in handling such things. I wouldn't be entirely surprised if you get a letter assigning your dates, followed by a letter indicating your application was received, followed by the tracker being updated. It's not likely to change unless you, your spouse, your PD, your parents, most of your friends, and possibly some news agencies call and email them with daily harassments because they're not responding or updating the fancy tracker, etc., which they double-dog dare you to do at your peril. Many organizations need a little such motivation from time to time, though it's hard to apply pressure when they hold all the cards. Instead you sit, you suffer, unable to schedule travel or work plans, or arrange to fix your application if there was a problem, like many who have gone before you. Frankly, it shouldn't be that hard to "seasonally" hire some extra help, if that's the problem.
If it's any consolation, I seem to recall getting contacted because they still needed a state license or somesuch, despite everything else being a black hole of uncertainty. I may have sent it separately weeks before, I don't recall, but they did seem to notice when more needed to be done with the original file.
