Board Busters and dentEssentials?

So I've already acquired past exams, the Crack the NDBE, First Aid NDBE part 1, as well as the Decks, but I was just wondering if I could get some feedback as to how useful the Board Busters and Kaplan dentEssentials materials are. I figure I have plenty of material to keep me busy for a while and I'd rather not invest in more material unless it is indespensible. I'd like to hear some personal experiences if I could thanks - and I'm sorry if this type of question's already been asked, just trying to get some info on these specific materials, thanks!
