Hey guys, I just got my decks and after reviewing the cards from the various sections I've come to realize that there are somethings that aren't covered by the cards that were covered during regular class lecture. For instance the section for microbiology, just says 'bacteria' on the official ADA site for the NDBE 1 syllabus. But the cards hardly cover all of the details that were presented in lecture that was under our microbiology track.
My questions to the people who have already sat the exam are:
1- how relevant is the other stuff not covered by the decks?
2- Were the questions on the boards comparable to the types of questions
one would routinely seen on a in-house exam, by minuitia detail and
specific mechanisms, etc (granted this may be subjective to the school
being attended)?
3- For the people that studied all the material they had, i.e lecture notes and
decks, how much more did you think the lecture material helped in your
score?

Thanks guys.
