What type of board scores are necessary to get into a top neurology residency? I know it's one of the less competitive residencies but I'm talking Partners/UCSF/WashU/Hopkins level

Yes. For the most competitive specialties like Ortho, Derm, Plastics, etc., it's just average to have 250 and loads of research.
