This doesn't apply to me, but it was something I was thinking about at one point and would like to know on behalf of others.

Basically, can a post doc in a MIRECC position obtain enough clinical delivery service in a specific area like rehab or neuropsychology to make them board eligible? I know these positions are mostly research based but given the 25% clinical delivery, I wonder if its a possibility.

It would likely be a no go for ABCN or ABRP. If you don’t do a formal postdoc in neuropsych, you basically have to make an argument that your training met requirements for specialty training in order to pass the credential review. Typically a minimum of 50% clinical is required for that. I am not sure about ABN though.
