Boards and Beyond for Biochem/Genetics/Molecular?

My school teaches all of the biochem, molecular bio, and genetics material in first year, so I have forgotten a lot of it. I don't like the videos in sketchy (aside from micro) because it's just distracting. Pathoma doesn't cover these topics. I was thinking of getting BNB for 1 week just to watch these topics? Good idea?

I tried that but I noticed it’s way too detailed compared to what you need for Step 1.
