Does anyone know the average passing percent on boards for the first time ? (if you konw for your respective school that would work) Also, I know people study some of the same books as medical students do for their boards. Are they comparable in difficulty ?

Actually, some kid in my class failed one of the sections. Also, another guy didnt take the exam seriously and had barely passing scores (high 70's.).

Nevertheless, the national average is usually in the mid 80's.
