Does anyone know how to do (or if it's even possible) a Bolton's and/or Howe's analysis for a patient with mixed dentition when they're permanent premolars and canine's haven't erupted yet, but who's also missing their primary premolars?

Would I just measure the edentulous space in place of the missing teeth?

You can't do the Bolton unless you have all permanent teeth from 1st molar to 1st molar present. Any missing teeth invalidates the analysis.
