Bomb calorimeter

Has anyone come across the need to know anything about Bomb calorimeters that couldn't be picked up in a passage? I think a coffee cup calorimeter is more common and I do know the experimental set up for that (from chem lab), but do we need to know anything about Bomb calorimeters? I don't remember learning about them.

I think if you know just the basics of calorimetry you'll be fine. I don't recall having any questions in my practice tests or actual mcat.
