book for CA-1

to the new CA-1 s. What book do you plan on reading for the 3 years. Baby miller is to basic for the boards and big miller is too much. any thoughts for board and residency prep.

I plan on reading Morgan and Mikhail for clinical knowledge and use Jaffe's surgical procedures for the anesthesiologist for reading up on the cases the night before. I also use the handbook of anesthesiology for quick review. I have ready Baby Miller once, and it just doesn't do it for me. I feel as if there are way too many studies quoted and not enough meat. Just my two cents.
