book holder solution for neck pain relief while studying

Hi Guys,
I thought I bring forth a solution for all those experiencing neck pain from hours of reading. I bought a folding book holder from the B&N store today for $6.31. It is really helpful to read while the book is held upright. You will instantly feel relief of shoulder and neck pain. I hope it helps.😀

you keep all those notes in a binder that can also be propped up
