I was recommended a great book for making differential diagnoses but I've forgotten the title. It was separated by symptom and offered a differential, but it wasn't just a list. The book would take a few sentences to explain other signs/symptoms each possible diagnosis would exhibit to help you narrow down the diagnosis. Can someone help me out with this?

These are pretty good. Maybe take a look at the Mosby's series, too?
