What book did you guys carry when you are doing ER rotation?

I want to find a book and give me quick reference.

EMRA gives all members a fantastic quick reference book that covers tons of top clinical problems. VERY useful.

I have the Tarscon's EM, but I don't use it that much.

If you have a PDA you should definitely give Pepid or 5 Minute Clinical Consult a try. I use Pepid all the time when I work.
