a bunch of threads on this subject. read the "shelf exam" threads for each rotation and use whatever the people who rocked thier shelves did.

Yes this has been discussed. But that thread is OLD.
So far I have read about 3/4 of Case Files for Internal Med accompanied with MKSAP for students for questions and I really like it so far. First rotation so take that with a grain of salt.
