Books for Surgery

I know that this is discussed in the FAQ, but it's a little outdated so I wanted current opinions. Which books should I use to study for the surgery shelf??

I used Lawrence, NMS case book and Kaplan CK Q-book.

I love the Larence book. Does anyone have the code that you can use to access the Lawrence surgery qbank online? I heard that it was good, and I have my shelf next friday!
You get the code if you buy the book brand new...I am using a freinds book.....
