hi guys, i was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for books i can start reading...im about 3-4 months until the step and i only need 2 months at most, so im not ready to start studying or reading anything too factual, as i know i will forget a lot by the time the step rolls around. i was looking for something a little more conceptual that i could warm myself up with? if anyones got any ideas i would really appreciate it. thanks!

In my opinion, I would get familiar with topics that you found difficult or didn't "learn well". For example, I despised immuno & genetics so I made sure to go over that junk prior to my study time, because it could easily take up a big chunk of my step study time since I wasn't really getting the big picture. Make sure you cover your bases, it is always good and fun to reread stuff you all-ready understand, this however is not always what you need to do.

I also suggest you get a hold of the goljan audio and listen to those b/c that stuff sticks automatically without even trying to retain it. Its great for integration. There were many "aha" moments for me. Good luck
