I have about 5 more weeks until my DAT (I've already finished reviewing all of the material), and I have Bootcamp and Destroyer in my arsenal. I've read that, for the most part, Destroyer seems to be unrealistic compared to the actual DAT. Would my time be better invested in really going through Bootcamp, and maybe buy QVault a bit later (ditching Destroyer entirely)?

I never had to pay for Destroyer (it was handed down to me), so I'm not necessarily losing anything.

Destroyer really helped me to solidify the concepts I reviewed. They are difficult questions but have great explanations. Yes, there are some questions that are over the top that you'd never see but the majority of them are the difficult questions they could ask you on the dat.

I did Destroyer twice then moved on to bootcamp to see where I was at as well as continue to learn and relearn the material. I haven't taken the dat. I take it next week so I'll let you know via breakdown how it all worked out for me.

Also, I'd say as many resources as you can use to prepare the better. Each resource asks questions in different ways using different wording and alternative ways to draw structures which could all show up on the dat. Also, the more biology questions the better. I've done each bootcamp bio test 3 times, each Qvault bio twice, and destroyer bio twice plus cliffs twice and a little Feralis and YouTube. Bottom line...the more exposure to the more resources the better. That's my opinion and again, I'll let you know how it works out for me

So I've done destroyer and I'm finishing up bootcamp.
For QR, I feel like destroyer does a better job preparing you for understanding the material. However, getting used to the calculator and doing problems from the screen is a plus for bootcamp.
For Bio, bootcamp is overkill. However, it does cover almost all the topics, but there are SEVERAL answer choices that are E... kind of annoying and predictable. Bootcamp is nice, but doing simply either won't prepare you to get over a 20.
For Gen Chem and Orgo, I've enjoyed using both. Destroyer has unrealistic problems, but the problems cover the topics on the test. The book tests your knowledge of the concepts. Think of it as, "If you can doge a wrench, you can dodge a dodgeball." After doing destroyer twice, it was nice to do bootcamp since it provided a different perspective to some of the questions. The exam isn't made by one person, so using multiple sources will really solidify you in the subjects. I think it's worth the investment, but since you're pressed with time, you're probably not gonna take advantage of destroyer...
I say just go through the orgo and gen chem if you can.

Did you take the DAT?

I guess I could schedule my DAT a few days later so I could go over QVault as well.

I'm really only in need of practice for Bio, both OCHEM and chem, and PAT. I guess I can play it by ear

I think going through destroyer once is enough if you intend on using it. Although it is somewhat more difficult overall, it can really force you to understand some concepts and calculations that will help you in the long run. I would at least go through the bio destroyer section though if nothing else, read all of the answer key. Getting closer to the test though I think that focusing on bootcamp is gold.

Did you take the DAT?
I'm taking mine next week. I've used pretty much every source everyone in the forum recommended except for achiever. The deviation with my scores is very little with all the sources except when it comes to the bio practice tests. I'll post my breakdown once I take it but at this point I feel ready.

Try to go over some questions from Destroyer after you are done reading other materials. You never know wnat may show up on the test. People on this forum who have taken the DAT say that there are random difficult questions popping up sometimes.
