Bootcamp generator mistake?

This is a question from DATBootcamp, I can't figure out what's the difference between option C and D?

Both look the same to me so it's probably a glitch. The bootcamp generators do glitch from time to time.

It's a mistake, I superimposed both option choices and they are the same. Tbh that DATBootcamp generator is garbage so I wouldn't bother with it.

They appear to be the same to me. These generators are extremely difficult to code and sometimes, mistakes such as these occur. The important thing is that these issues only happen once in a while so in my opinion, the generator is still a great tool for understanding 3D object manipulation.
