Bootcamp PAT

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I consistently got 18s on BC PAT's first 5 tests. I also struggle with the keyholes…I think while it's important to improve in that area, you should focus on hole punching, cubes, and pattern folding. With the generators, it's fairly easy to improve and make sure you at least get those points. Even TFE is easy enough to master with practice. I'm still only getting half of the keyholes right, but I'm now averaging a 20.

Is the real test keyholes easier than bootcamp?

I haven't taken the test yet, so I can't comment from experience (but I will be able to in 3 days!) My understanding from reading breakdowns is that BC keyholes and the DAT's are comparable.

Keyhole were about on par with BC. There were easy ones and also 2 nuts ones. Focus on easy things so you maximize your point potential. By this you'll see some hard stuff but skip them and come back after you lock in the easy ones.
