Hey Everybody,

I have been studying the BR PS books for the past couple of weeks and am getting a lot out of them. However, I have found the passages at the end of each section to be significantly different from AAMC passages; they seem to be pseudodiscrete questions and don't necessarily require reading the passage most of the time.

Are the BR passages available for purchase online more like real AAMC passages? I'm looking at PS specifically.

Thanks very much for any info.

What you describe of the passages and questions should be true for about half to two-thirds of the questions, by design. Phase I and phase II are meant to be learning tools, so often times they'll be realtively straight forward. With phase III passages and questions, you should find great similarity with the style of the actual MCAT. Hopefully you've noticed that. The exams are written like phase III passages.
