Hi everyone,

I have the BR set from 2011 and I am planning on using it this summer to study. Can anyone tell me how much the material in these books change from year to year? I am wondering if it's too old to study from or whether I should get the new 2013 set.

I head they redid their one of their sections. Honestly, your set is barely 2 years old. If it helped people do well on the MCAT in 2011, chances are you will be able to do just as well in 2013, since the test doesn't really change much.

Save the money and buy some AAMCs...or an XBOX...

You can click on one of the links in my signature to get a detailed answer, but the short answer is that you'll be fine with 2011. If you choose to buy anything newer (as in the 2013 edition), organic chemistry would be the one thing that would be noticably different. any other differences would be minor.
