Hey, im not sure if this is in the right place...

Anyway my orthodentist says I am getting braces on the 10th of Dec. I am not to happy about it and I have an excuse.

Well I had 4 teeth removed from each corner of my mouth befour summer and for the first month or so 2 diagonally opposite gaps closed and the other 2 haven't moved atall. My orthidentist paid little attention befour concludeing that I needed braces.

My opinion is that my teeth have finished moveing and will stay in this shape for a few years. Therefore I thought that a full time brace wouldn't be needed as it wont be fighting anything. I think a night brace could solve the small crookedness I have in my 2 front teeth.

Please reply your thoughts and questions,

Thanks!

Two things:

1. You are not supposed to solicit medical advice here

2. I am betting the orthodontist knows more about how your teeth will move than you do
