I called today wanting to inquire about my application status. I was complete on the 20th. The person i spoke to told me that i should receive something in the mail shortly. What are the odds that this is a rejection letter? I was thinking it might be too early in the cycle for pre-interview rejection letters but now im not so sure

They often send out a checklist card with everything they have on file, and anything that they want you to send in. They will sometimes request that you send in transcripts before you get interviewed for one reason or another. For instance, they might want to see your Fall 2006 grades first, or might want to verify an AP class you got credit for. Just remember not to fall for the myth that it's late in the cycle. Bradenton has four more months of interviews left after Christmas break. It's nowhere near over yet.

yea, i received one of those checklist cards on the 20th which only said that i was complete. Im hoping that whatever they send me now is not a request for supplemental information.

how depressing. the letter that i received says 'the admissions Committee has reviewed your file and a decision has not yet been made regarding an interview' Did anyone have good news after getting something like this?
