hi all!

looked through all of the ck threads, but couldn't really find the answer, so here goes ... i'm trying to structure my studying for the ck, and i wanted to know if i should spend an equal amount of time preparing for medicine, surg, ob/gyn, and peds or if i should focus more on medicine. can anyone describe what the typical breakdown of the test is? i don't want to spend a week studying surgery if the test is mostly medicine.

study all your disciplines.......but make Internal Medicine your center of your universe

and do alot of questions from USMLEWORLD (main question bank) and make notes from it
