I hear that the three biggest topics on the Step are the "Three P's", Path, Physio and Pharm. And after that, the other subjects are moderately distributed. I have also hear that Anatomy and Biochem are considered "low yield" subjects, but I am not too sure what the distribution of topics are on the exam.

What I'm getting at is, if I don't want to spend a lot of excessive time on Anatomy if it's low yield compared to let's say Micro which might be more important and have more questions asked about it.

Don't be fooled by the term "low yield" when referring to topics such as anatomy and embryo. What 'low yield' really means is that you shouldn't spend your time looking through anatomy BRS (instead of path). It means that any item in UW and FA that mention specific anatomy/embryo should be known COLD.
