Do podiatry schools incorporate breaks in their curriculum? Spring break, Fall break, Summer, etc? Are they different dates at each school?

Yes, each school is different.

For the most part, you will always get Christmas/New Years and Thanksgiving breaks. If there is a summer break, that is usually only after the first year. You may get a "break between 2nd-3rd year but it's not really a break since you have to take the Boards step 1 after 2nd year. So technically you can chill at the beach but everyone will be studying since if you fail it the first time, your chance of landing a residency go down a lot.

Then in 3rd and 4th year, you may have breaks here and there but most students use those "breaks" to do an extra externship or to visit programs.

This isn't really out of the norm when compared to MD/DO and dental schools.
