Any current fellows or attendings can shed some light on the future of breast imaging. I am considering it as a fellowship after residency. What is the prospect like?, procedures?, hours?, etc. Thank you.

Seems like ashar008 was intentionally general because they have the classic problem of not knowing what they don't know.

If that is the case then OP needs to do a little research and then come back with better questions. It's not clear if he/she is asking about fellowship or real jobs and if so if the real job is in PP, academics, VA. Also geography.

This strikes me as a lazy person asking a lazy question.
