Both are fantastic.
OHSU is just an awesome location as long as you don't mind rain. Winter time great skiing very close, plenty of vineyards close by, beach not too far either. Can get to Seattle or Vancouver for weekend trips.
Brigham was a great program. Really liked the people.
You will not go wrong with either. I really would choose based on what location you like more as both programs are really equal.
