Yes, it can be helpful. You can call it a CV if you want to sound more academic.
Depending on the school, and interviewer, they may no have a printed copy of something similar, but it is an opportunity for you to have your presentation of yourself. I found it helpful to have in maybe 20% of school interviews, and certainly didn't hurt in the rest or didn't come up. This was for med school, but I assume it's the same. For MMI type interviews it is of no use, but if you're being interviewed by some random busy, faculty member, they sometimes have fixed questions clearly prepared, sometimes just seem to be asking random stuff and struggling for a conversation, so having a paper full of to talk about, and so you can get all the dates and details right is very helpful.
Besides, I think it makes it seem more professional of you can say, I have a copy here in my folder if you've like to look. I've had an interviewer say no and then just ask questions, bit thats okay too. Best to be prepared.
