Hi- do we need to memorize the Brodmann numberings for neuroanat? i.e. Will a question ever ask you about a lesion in Brodmann's area 17 without saying what it is?

having a picture of a brain with 8 arrows and knowing what is the function of each of those areas...priceless 😀

You do not need to memorize the Broadmann's areas. But do understand where the speech centers are and how vision works. That little diagram of vision and the hemianopsias is just on your test.
