Hello everyone,

I recently had a skateboarding accident and I fell straight on my wrist and it fractured. I’m currently a first semester first year dental student. I’m trying my hardest not to have panic attacks every second of the day but how screwed am I for dental school?

You dont really need your non-dominant hand for what you'd be doing in sim lab. I'm a D1 and we have only been cutting class 1 preps and doing composites, and none of it really requires my nondominant hand for anything more than using my mirror or helping put on the rubber dam. Maybe the skateboarding days should be over, though.
