brs or HY behavioral sci for shelf exam?

Which is better? I read the other post for the boards and no one gave a concise response. It would be ideal to know whether one would be best for both shelf and boards. Any comment would help. Thanks.

For Shelf exam, I'll probably do BRS. For the Step I, I'd do HY.

Both are from the same author, but HY is a bit more concise. Both are excellent, though.

The best thing about the BRS is the question review at the end of each chapter (not to mention the comp. test at the end). These questions are very similar to the ones on both the b.sci shelf and the step 1. If you feel like you don't need the questions, then go with HY. As already mentioned above, both are written by the same author and contain about the same information
