BRS Path annotation

For those that have taken Step I already, did you find that BRS Path needed a lot of annotation from outside sources? It seems to be a bit short on clinical details, classic presentations, histologic clues/tipoffs and things of that nature. Big Robbins does a nice job with those things I think. Is it necessary to add that type of info into BRS Path, or did you find it to be sufficiently complete?
