Yo-- well am studying for shelf path. I was using the 1st ed. Is there a hige difference btwn the 1st and 2nd even though they are btoh 8 yrs apart? I heard neoplasia was the only ch that was significantly difft-- can i get by reading the 1st ed and taking the shelf. thanks

I think that there is gonna be a fair bit of new info even though I havent seen the 1st edition. Besides Neoplasia there will prob also be updates on other diseases (HIV etc) Just my opinion. Go on Ebay or Half.com and spend the money. Considering it is the most important part of Step I you shouldnt skimp on it for only $30 (or less if you use Ebay or Half.com) Good luck!

I heard there was a new edition coming out in the fall.
Is this the 2nd or 3rd editon?
