So I was recently invited by Thomas Jefferson Medical College to interview for their BS/MD program at PSU. It is to take place in a week and a half, and I'm a bit anxious as to how I should prepare. I think I can handle the he "be relaxed and speak with conviction" concept, but I feel that if I was a little more well-read on contemporary medical issues, I would feel a smidgen more confident. Any ideas? What issues do you suggest that I should cover in my readings before the interview? How else should I handle myself during the interview? Keep it real, relaxed, confident, and....? What else do you think they could ask? Anything's fair game, isn't it?

I'm very excited that it's no longer a numbers game. This interview could make or break my life. 😱

Inputs very much appreciated!! 😀

My interview was mainly straight forward... What are your strengths?? What are your weaknesses? Why do you want to be a doctor.. Blah blah... Have those kinds of answers drilled in your head.. I'd also research a little about the school.. Also prepare questions to ask them.. Ex, I'm interested in the anatomy lab how many kedavers do you have.. I'd ask avout student government.. Those are my tips. Good luck!!!

Ensure doing a mock interview with a person.
