I'm planning to do the BS/MD program when I graduate. What would be the right GPA, SAT scores or ACT scores to be accepted into this program in Temple University? If anyone did this program, how challenging is it? Give me some tips and advices please.

BS/MD programs are often as selective as (or even more selective than) Ivy league schools, with acceptance rates often around 5%. You'll need to be as close to a 4.0 and 1600 SAT or 36 ACT as possible, plus have shadowing and healthcare-related volunteering experience under your belt. Also, you'll need to apply to other BS/MD programs (besides Temple, that is); because of the high level of competition, you can't put all of your eggs in one basket.

If you end up outside of the top 10% of your high school class or with a sub-1500 SAT/sub-33 ACT, then you shouldn't bother applying to BS/MD programs. In this case, it'd be better to just apply to standard four-year university programs and do well.
