Did you guys get a confirmation email or receipt of the application fee when you paid it online? I got a receipt for all the schools that use online transactions except for Boston Univ.... Thanks.

I paid July 9th and I never got an application fee confirmation from them....
It may be a good idea just to call them.

Yes, in the email they will provide a link for you to pay the fee online.
