Ok, so this question maybe a little premature, but I like to think ahead. I've been invited to interview at BU. Those of you who've interviewed there and have also perhaps seen NYU as well. Which do you think is a better school? You may ask why I'm thinking about this now, before I even interview. Well, it's another trip to the East coast for me. I just want to find out before hand, if BU is better than NYU, because price tag is virtually the same. Thanks.

BU, definitely....unless you really love NYC. BU is a much better school from what I heard

Just out of curiosity have you been accepted to either of these places yet? If not decide when the acceptances come it will make the decision easier.

so far I have been accepted to NYU

BU all the way!!!

I say there in the same category. Nyu is much much much better than it was eve n a few yrs ago. there commitment and focus is improving. BU, from what i mremember in my interview, was good, but nothing stood out. they have the APex program, which is b/c of a lack of patients

????

APEX has nothing to do with patients. APEX just gives us exposure to a dentist office, allows us to assist, take radiographs, see the business side of dentistry, etc... We dont get any clinical credit as a result of APEX, its just extra exposure on top of a normal curriculum.

And for your info, BU has the largest patient pool out of the 3 schools in Boston...they have more than enough.

can u guys elaborate a little on why u say bu??
