BU status on AADSAS

My status for BU on AADSAS says that I am being reviewed for eligibility to interview but then it goes on to say that those who are interviewed have certain minimums:

20 AA - good there
20 TS - I'm @ 21, so ok
3.3 total GPA - 3.37 (whew)
3.3 science GPA - 3.27

Did I just waste my money on BU?

Those are just general numbers- definitely not cutoffs. They also take other things into account like they listed, so I think your 0.03 below sci gpa is fine. Two people I know got into BU with lower stats than you, and they're international. BU definitely scraped the bottom of the barrel this past year. You shouldn't worry about their stats requirement.

Your numbers are fine. I definitely wouldn't worry about it. Stop stressing, it's beyond your control now 🙂

Yeah, I think those are just general averages. I don't think they are official cutoffs. I wouldn't worry. It's a private school, they look at a broad applicant pool.
