The things I've heard about boston's clinic from current and former students scared me away, although I really did like the school I felt I could get a much better clinical experience elsewhere. I don't think USC would be a pleasant experience for me because I am not a fan of PBL, but that's a personal decision. If PBL works for you I'd go with USC.
I heard that they are working towards changing that with the assigned group clinics, where you have one faculty responsible for the same group of students throughout their 4 years, which I think fixes many of the problems they had.
I was wondering if anyone knows how well prepared the students feel after graduation, do most end up working right away or do they apply for residency to get more practice?
