Dear all,
Could you please update us - what is the state of finances regarding your institution?
Private or academic - doesn't matter.
Residents, fellows or attendings - your input is appreciated.
Just to start - in the last year I had a pay cut of 15%.
And yes - it was presented as a minor one, just for the hospital...which has an horrible time with the depression.
Amazingly - all of the top executives had an increase in pay.
Amazingly - 90% of them were active democrat contributors.
The future doesn't look bright. Just to be kind with my words.
They took over. We have to take them down.
