MY mailing date was 7/23 and I received an email from buffalo on 7/19 saying...

Applications will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee only after the following items have been made available to the UB School of Dental Medicine through AADSAS:
(1) AADSAS application including official DAT scores
(2) $75 Supplemental Application Fee
(3) Letters of Evaluation from either a pre-professional committee or a minimum of two of the three required individual faculty letters of evaluation
Your application will be processed in the next 3-4 weeks. Once your application is processed, we will send a second e-mail to inform you if it is complete. If it is not, the missing item(s) will be identified.


Is there anyone who has received a second email saying "Your application is completed!!"???

No!! I've been waiting for forever for it! I got that same email on 7/23 and have been calling them almost every week because it says they're still waiting on my LOE but every other school I've heard from has emailed me saying my app is complete so Buffalo MUST have mine by now. I called the admissions office with this concern and she told me they have periodic downloads from AADSAS and that I'm in the second download (my mailing date was 7/9) so it seems like they haven't even started looking at applications yet. I asked how long the woman thought before they were to process my letter and she said at least another week. Im just confused because I thought they got the LOEs through the mail; I didn't know they were available electronically.
