I know a bunch of ppl has received the letter of continuing review, but anyone got an interview letter?

I was wondering if anyone has received a rejection. Just curious because many have received the "continuing review" letter but I've yet to hear of a flat out rejection.
 
I haven't heard back from them yet. They sent me an email asking for the fee and then they habent responded since.
