Man my nerve right now is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I reading the buffalo website know their program pretty well, but still I am so .....!!!!
I got some questions for those who got interviewed:
1) how many question did they ask n how long?
2) do they ask about dental specific question?
and lastly
What did they offered for lunch? (Something to look forward to too)

All i have to say is best of luck if you get the old man and woman 😀. IIRC the interview was ~ 30 min, about half of that was your standard questions...why buffalo/dentistry. Towards the end, what is professionalism and what should we tell comittee. Pretty much whatever is on the feedback page.

The food were some sandwiches, not the best out there 🙂 Other than that, i was impressed with the school and the students there seemed the happiest out of all the schools i visited.

You will be put in a room with two interviewers. The interview could be laid back relaxed or could they could be shooting questions at you to make you blurt out an answer without thinking. The questions are not hard. If they shoot questions at you it makes you feel like you are being grilled. Some of the people walk out of their interviews feeling like they blew it but it usually turns out alright.

It's buffalo, what happened to the wings??

As for the interview questions, they were pretty standard. I had some about my undergrad internships.

Good luck!! Don't stress, they were really nice.

The interview was okay. It feels more like questions & answers vs conversation like to me. However, someone during my interview day felt like she had more of a conversation-like interview. I didn't have any difficult questions other than where else are you applying to & where would you go if you got into all your schools. Otherwise, I got asked why dentistry? Where do I plan on practicing? What do I look for when I choose a dental school? What do I think a day in dental school is like? I didn't get asked the professionalism question - though I hear ALOT of people get asked that. My essay question was why did I choose the major I chose. Let me know if you have any other questions. It's a REALLY great school and the students seem VERY happy there!

I got sandwiches, salad, fruits. No wings! 🙁
