buying aamc tests off of ebay

First, let me apologize for my ebay ignorance, but how does this work?

If the tests are in pdf format, and it says "buy now" can I download them immediately after I pay for them? Do I have to wait until after the numbers of "days left" is over with?

Do I have to download all the tests at once and save them, or can I keep going back to the website to download each individually since I've already paid for them?

Help! I'm so confused.

You'll get them immediately. They're illegal copies of copyrighted material. Also, they may or may not come with answers and explanations to the answers.
