Your Windows system should come ready with its unzipping capability and there's no need to buy winzip. You must have downloaded winzip some time back and it's probably now asking you to pay for its full function (which a normal user will have no need for). But still it will allow you to unzip using the evaluation option.

Unzipping is free, you don't have to pay for it.
